Premium By PG Shop provides a dedicated service warranty to ensure long-term reliability for our customers. Please review our conditions regarding replacements and non-refundable digital assets.
01. Premium Service Warranty
We provide a replacement warranty for all premium accounts during their active subscription period (1 Month to 1 Year). Valid technical issues include:
02. Network & ISP Restrictions
Important: Connectivity issues related to Internet Service Providers (ISP).
Premium By PG is not responsible for VPN connection failures caused by local ISP blocking, firewalls, or national internet censorship (e.g., restrictions by MPT, Atom, Ooredoo, Mytel, or local Fiber ISPs).
No refunds will be issued if a VPN key fails to connect due to these external network restrictions, as they are beyond our technical control.
03. Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty is immediately voided under the following circumstances:

Changing account passwords, recovery emails, or primary security settings.

Logging into more devices than allowed by your specific plan type.
- !
Using unauthorized third-party VPNs or proxies on shared streaming accounts.
- !
Violating the original service provider's end-user license agreement.
04. No Cash Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer cash refunds.Once a digital key or account credential has been delivered, the transaction is considered final.
Our commitment is strictly limited to providing a functional replacement during the warranty period if the issue is verified as a product defect.
