01. Fulfillment Process
Our delivery system is optimized for speed. Once a transaction is verified via our billing department (KBZPay, WavePay, AyaPay, or International Cards), the delivery sequence begins immediately.
Processing Time
Standard delivery for VPN Keys and Premium Accounts is typically completed within 3 to 15 minutes of payment verification.
Operating Hours
Automated systems operate 24/7. Manual verifications are processed between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM (GMT+6:30).
02. Delivery Channels
Email Delivery
Official credentials and setup guides are dispatched to your registered email address.

Instant access keys and direct support are provided via our official Telegram bot or Facebook Page.
03. Delivery Conditions

Customers are responsible for providing the correct contact details (Email/Telegram ID). Premium By PG is not liable for delivery failures due to inaccurate user information.

If an order is not received within 30 minutes, users are advised to contact our support team with their Transaction ID for immediate manual override.
04. Refund and Cancellation
Strict Non-Refundable Policy for Digital Assets.
Due to the nature of intangible digital goods, all sales are final once the delivery is initiated. We do not provide refunds for changed minds, incompatibility with unsupported devices, or external ISP restrictions.
* Replacement keys are only provided if the delivered asset is proven to be defective within the designated warranty period.
