About CapCut Pro Mobile (Official Shared Account)
The mobile version supports Android, iOS, and App versions for Windows and Mac.
- Android & iOS: Login using the provided Email and Password directly.
- Windows & Mac App: Login by scanning the QR code through the mobile app.

Important: Always Copy and Paste the Email and Password to ensure accuracy during sign-in.
About CapCut Pro Web Version (Official Shared Account)
The Web Version is intended for browser-only use.
- Windows & Mac: Access via browser using the provided Email and Password.

Mobile App Sign-In Instructions
Please be aware of the device limit when signing in. Avoid frequent logins to prevent account flags.
- Tap on the Sign In option.
- Select Sign In With Mail and enter the provided credentials accurately.
Desktop App Sign-In (Windows & Mac)
To log in to the desktop app, you must first be logged into the mobile app.
- First, sign in on the Mobile App.
- Click Use QR code on the Desktop App and scan it using your mobile device.
Once logged in on Desktop, please Sign Out from the mobile app to comply with device limit policies.
Important Notice
Strict adherence to device limits is required. Avoid frequent sign-in activities.
Account replacements are provided for Pro users if renewals are not processed within 3 months.
If the account reaches the Sign-In limit due to frequent attempts, you must wait 24 hours.
